The goal: To make sure that all human factors support your growth – and don’t compromise it.

I support fast growing small and mid-size companies in transitioning to the next phase and managing successfully the growth.
To achieve this, I work closely with the leadership team, ie. the CEO & management team, in every step of the process. This allows the development of the team and enables the organization for sustainable growth and transfer of know-how.

Step 1 – Diagnosis

I start with the Diagnosis Phase. This includes interviews with the leadership team where we discuss the alignment between business and Human Capital levers and alignment within the leadership team. I provide this analysis with unusual honesty and transparency and it is the key starting point of the cooperation between us.

 
It is not only about the people. It’s about the alignment between your people and your strategy.
 

Step 2 – Plan Development

Based on the results of the analysis, we agree together on a plan that can include the following points (see the case stories for details):
